Well Hello!

This is the first official post of my blog on kevinpocock.com. I’ve not been up to too much in the last few days. My shift has changed at work meaning that I can be creative over a new three-day weekend, which I am rather chuffed about. My theory is that in the modern world, we need at least two days to relax, three is a blessing I am happy to have.
I am also waiting for a comeback on an article I e-mailed to the New Writer Magazine.
The article is about the “Re-birth” of writing and the new generation of creatives. I had originally submitted it to another magazine, but they politefully declined due to “space.” Whatever their reasons, the e-mail was considerate and it is another Editor I now know.

I went about re-writing and polishing the article for the hell of it and sent it off again. Past new wine, in new bottle. That’s the best way I think….I’ll let you know should I hear anything back, to all of you out there who have pondered here for a while, thank you.
