Now I appreciate Blues isn’t everybody’s cup of tea, but for me the bounce of the Fingerstyle variety of blues helps to make it listenable for a wider audience. So I wanted to use this YouTube Pick of the Week to give some space to Adam Rafferty, a North American Fingerstyle Blues Guitarist who is inspirational both in his skill and his openness in helping others develop their own. So for this week I’ve chosen his Vitamin E BLues:

He has quite a talent to work these out from scratch, I’m sure you’ll agree. And indeed if you happen to play a bit yourself, he even provides free PDF lessons on his website.

Yes he loves fingerstyle, and yes he does make some silly sounds occasionally when playing :) but the man is an inspiration. Go Adam!
