Friday Feeling: Ocean and a Rock – Lisa Hannigan
This is simply stunning.
Lisa Hannigan, the whispering wonder with a stunning voice, and who found fame in Damien Rice’s band with his album’s O and 9 is an incredible solo artist. Her words float like silken threads on the breeze, and though this isn’t a YouTube Pick of the Week, how can I ignore her? I don’t have a heart of stone. Her voice is as gorgeous as she is herself.

YouTube Pick of the Week: Andrew York – Letting Go
A friend of mine that I play/ed (since I haven’t for a month or so) Lord of The Rings Online with introduced me to Andrew York. Naturally went onto Spotify, saw his latest album and clicked play. Letting Go is the first track off of that album, Hauser Sessions, and a wonderful introduction to his music. I think that pretty much sums it up.
